HTV - Glitter - Rhinestone Garment Policies:
Each product CTS creates is unique and only produced once an order is placed. Please make any edits to your order (ex: size change, color change, quantity change) BEFORE production begins. Production begins immediately once payment is received and we cannot make any changes to your order (except cancellation).
Should rhinestones arrive missing from your garment we'd be happy to replace them at no additional cost within 15 days of purchase. To drop off your order please schedule an appointment here.
To ship your order please send your garment with proper, pre-paid return postage* to the following address:

*Garments sent without a pre-paid return label will be returned to sender with no rhinestones replaced.
Due to the custom nature of each product we do not accept any returns or exchanges. In the case of a damaged or incorrect product or a manufacturing error CTS will offer a free replacement at no cost to you**. Please contact us within 15 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
We pride ourselves on the longevity of our decoration services for years to come however, we are not responsible for daily wear and tear after the allotted 15 days of notification. If you would like to re-order a new garment with the same design please contact us here.
**Reimbursement and/or replacement is at the discretion of CTS Designs.
Team Store Policies
For customers: Each product CTS creates is unique and only produced once an order is placed. Please make any edits to your order (ex: size change, color change, quantity change) BEFORE the store closing date. Once a store closes production begins immediately and we cannot make any changes to your order (except cancellation).
For organizers: Please make any edits to your products and design details (Including but not limited to: garment type, garment color, decoration type, design colors ETC.) BEFORE your team store is opened. Once a store is opened we cannot make any changes to the agreed upon products and design details.
Due to the custom nature of each product we do not accept any returns or exchanges on store orders. In the case of a damaged or incorrect product or a manufacturing error CTS will offer a free replacement at no cost to you or the customer*. Please contact us within 15 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Customers will assume responsibility for all costs associated with the garment production for one-off items**.
